Our Policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing:
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• After processing, items are shipped promptly.
Shipping Destinations & Tracking:
• We ship nationwide. Tracking numbers are emailed once shipped.
• Delivery time estimates exclude customs delays or carrier issues.
Delayed or Lost Packages:
• Please notify us if your order is late. We’ll track it and assist with recovery.
• If lost, we will resend or refund the order after investigating.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window:
• You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange items.
Eligibility:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.
Return Process:
- Contact us with your order number and reason.
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
- Package securely and ship within 7 days of RA issuance.
Costs & Refunds:
• Return shipping is customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
• Refunds issued within 5 business days of receiving the return, via original payment method.
Exchanges:
• Exchanges are processed as a return and new order.
• You’re responsible for return and reshipment costs (unless defective).
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours after placement.
• After processing, orders can’t be canceled. You may return the item per our Return Policy.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• See “Return & Exchange Policy” for timelines.
• Shipping refunds only apply if due to our error or product defect.
Defective or Damaged Items
• Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.
• Provide photos of defects/damage.
• We’ll send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Price & Promotion Policy
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• Coupons cannot be retroactively applied after orders are placed.
• Promotion details are clear in the offer terms.
Privacy & Data Security
• We collect minimal personal data required to process orders (name, address, email, payment info).
• Information is securely stored and encrypted. We don’t share or sell your data.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
• These policies are governed by Egypt law.
• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cairo.
